Pricing

BidUnity Plans runs on prepaid credits, one credit per page.

There is no subscription and no self-serve checkout. Credits are granted to your organization by the BidUnity team, and plan sets analyzed through BidUnity draw on that balance.

What a credit is

Credits are prepaid: an administrator grants a balance to your organization, and each plan set analyzed through BidUnity draws on it. One credit covers one page of a plan set, whatever the mix of elevations, schedules, and structural sheets.

How pages are counted

Every page of the plan set counts, so a 40-page set is 40 credits. For plan sets submitted through BidUnity, those credits are held against your balance when the set is received, and starting the analysis uses the existing hold rather than pricing the job twice.

When credits are charged

Held credits are charged when a run finishes and returns results. A run that fails, or that the system cancels, releases the hold and charges nothing. A run you cancel yourself is charged in proportion to the analysis stages that had already finished, and the rest of the hold returns to your balance.

Credits are granted by an administrator against an invoice — there is no self-serve checkout. To set up an organization or top up a balance, email support@bidunity.com.
